year of concerts

i dont know if it can get any better than this:

March 16th: Rascal Flatts in Portland- super fun, i went with my aunt chicken and two of her kids. we had such a blast, and the band was awsome live.

June 13th: Tim Mcgraw and Faith hill in Portland- the best tim and faith show yet! i know i have seen them alot, but it just gets better each time.

July 18th: The Fray in LA- really fun, new band with an excellent album. even better live than on cd, highly recommended.

July 23rd: Snow Patrol in LA- reunited with my friend lyndsey for an evening in la la land. it was so fun to catch up on old times, see her cute apartment, and enjoy a great band that sounds so good in concert.

July 28th: Rush in Las Vegas- alas another tour by the infamous band. i believe they have been around for about 35 years, still making great music, and i have been attending their tours faithfully since '98. they only go on tour every couple years, so when they do, we usually hit up 2-3 (this year being no exception)

August 10th: Tim Mcgraw and Faith Hill in Anaheim- so byt he time i got to california, i had forgtten how good their show was, and needed a refresher. again, amazing!! this time, my loving hubby went with me (even though he dispises country, and he even enjoyed hiself).

August 13th: Wicked in LA- excellent, wonderful, amazing!!! such a great show with really good music. i dont think i could recommend it enough to do it justice. it really was a hoot!

September 6th: Goo Goo Dolls in LA- by far one of the best bands. continually putting out hits and great records for the last 10 years. everyone of their albums is amazing, and for those who dont know their stuff may i recommend dizzy up the girl, gutterflower, or let love in as possible additions to the cd collection.

October 3rd: Rush in Scotland- I am soooo excited for this! like i said earlier, we go where ever we can to see them, and this year we went really big! even better than the first show, and much more fun in an international venue with the locals. excellent!!
